March Meeting
Action Items:
Vote for next 3 upcoming meetings (Kevin will send out calendar reminders for meetings)
Plan logistics for Paint and Sip
Summer T-Shirt design will have updated edits by Thursday, March 30th
Finding the pricing of laptops (Goal is to have a laptop for each scholar)
April Newsletter distribution
Focus on recruiting 10 scholars of ages 12 & 13 this will leave
Recruit and distribute flyer with intentions
February Meeting
Action Items:
Merchandise team will begin working on design for summer t-shirt. The goal is to present on March 16th to the Marketing team.
It was noted that current enrollment is at 6 scholars. We highly encourage the team to reach out to their network introducing Entitled with a purpose.
Professional recruitment team is currently working on creating a pitch deck for Real Estate Sessions. Will complete on March 10th.
AC Prep had 6 professionals attend Session 2: Power is Powerful. Currently working on recruiting JE Dunn for Session 3: The Blueprint
Atlanta noted the miscommunication that occurred on 2/24/23 with Usher-Collier Elementary. Currently working on recruiting other schools in the Atlanta area.
Team noted the update to the website completed by Tope. Some Feedback centered around the alignment on the enrollment page.
